IS THE WEBSITE RELIABLE?

Our website has SSL security which is mandatory by law for all online stores because it encrypts all transactions carried out on the site, guaranteeing confidentiality of all information. We work in partnership with Shopify. We do not have access to your payment information, such as credit card number, only Shopify, making your purchase 100% safe.

WHY DO THE PRODUCTS TAKE 15 TO 20 DAYS TO ARRIVE?

We work with products with prices far below the market, and to that we need to work with international suppliers (Europe and Asia). Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers and they send it straight to your residence.

DO ALL PURCHASES COME WITH A TRACKING CODE?

Yes. We only work with trusted vendors who provide code screening for your safety and comfort.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?

We send you the tracking code directly to your email within 3 working days, that's why our suppliers (industries that manufacture the products) ask for this deadline. If even after that period you have not received the tracking code, send us an e-mail to: contact@applegreenbuy.com your order (something like #4321) and we'll give you a position in a maximum of 24 hours.

MY TRACKING CODE IS NOT SHOWING

THE INFORMATIONS

Yes, on the way between the country of origin and the country of destination, there really is no updates, as there is no movement of the package. When it arrives in your country, then it will notify you with each movement, so as we are used to internal parcels. Rest assured, your order is on its way.
