The products shown on our website are not available in Canada or USA and are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in China, Sweden and Germany.

The estimated average delivery time for products is 10 to 20 business days, with the possibility of variations in the deadline by the Post Office, the Federal Revenue Service and possible problems with Post Office strikes, in addition to other factors beyond our control.

All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 3 working days, which can be followed from departure from the country of origin to arrival at your home.

Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 20 days of posting, or even less. If the order is 2 or more products, they may be sent in separate shipments and a tracking code will be issued for each product.

We ask you to be careful when filling in the delivery address to ensure that it is made within the established period. Remembering that it cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, because within that period the product is already separated for shipping, and it will also not be possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.

As it is an international order, the tracking information on the website may occur between 3 to 5 business days after the tracking code information. Products damaged during transport are the responsibility of postal services.

Completion of the delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirmation of purchase, and if the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient data, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In case of attempted delivery by the Post Office without result, remaining at the agency available to be picked up, but not being returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of resending, the delivery period will be valid from the date of this confirmation, which will be registered in the order register.

As it is an import service, any and all goods are subject to bureaucracy or customs duties.

The Apple Green store is responsible for possible costs (fees, charges and taxes) added by the government. The taxed customer has 48 hours to contact the company, sending the completed document to the post office that corresponds to the taxation.

In case of resending, a new delivery period will apply.
